In november 2008 Timo Kauristo was hired by the Hammerfest Arctic Cultural Centre to program and operate ¨Lyset i Stolpan¨ ,the first ever theatre performance in the building. Spending 24 days up here has been great and started out with an empty stage and building the rig from scratch together with Line Gronslett Sumstad,who is in charge of the lighting department at AKS. A lot has been learned for the house along the way and the end result is really good. This house will be a major assett for the Hammerfest area for many years to come!
